Yikes and egads! What is with this day? I screw up the cookie batter with yummy shards of egg shell. So I turn to finally making the little mincemeat turnovers I've been craving since the holidays, and manage to overbake them. I'm beginning to think I might be sick. I don't really feel sick sick, but I ache. Or, rather,  I ACHE. It's not just my knees, either. That I'm used to, although they are particularly sore tonight.
